An Initiative for Literary Promotion and Youth Cultural Development
Introduction
The Project The Book of All Books was created with the purpose of encouraging literary creativity and strengthening the habits of reading and writing among High School students in the Hilltop area of Columbus, Ohio.
Through this initiative, students will have the opportunity to express their ideas, emotions, and visions of the world through literature while becoming part of a community publication that will gather the voices, dreams, and talents of a new generation of writers.
The project seeks to transform literature into a space for connection, cultural identity, and personal growth for the youth of West Columbus.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Project The Book of All Books will invite High School students from the Hilltop area of Columbus to submit original literary works to be evaluated by a Selection and Evaluation Committee.
The selected texts will be published in a special edition titled The Book of All Books, a community literary work that will gather the best youth literary productions of the project.
Participants may submit works in the following literary genres:
All submissions must be original and unpublished and may not exceed five pages in 8.5 x 11 format, typed in Arial or a similar font, with 1.5 line spacing.
SELECTION PROCESS
An Evaluation Committee composed of writers, educators, and professionals connected to the literary and cultural fields will be responsible for selecting the works that will become part of the final publication.
Evaluation criteria will include:

Among the selected texts, the committee will choose three winning works, which will receive the following awards:
First Place
Second Place
Third Place
PUBLICATION AND PRESENTATION CEREMONY
The selected works will be published in The Book of All Books, whose official presentation will take place during a public cultural ceremony specially organized for the project.
The event will include:
The book will be available for sale and distribution during the ceremony and later via cultural and educational spaces within the community.
